Lagos State Government on Tuesday, January 14, 2014, put cases of rape committed in the state at 283 in 2011, out of which 11 suspects were duly prosecuted and convicted during this same year......
It leaves me with these questions;
1. What happened to the other 272?
2. Did they go scotfree?
3. Did they settle the victims monetarily as usual?
4. Were they freed due to sentiments or did they bribe the police?
